BJP's Madhvi Latha Defiant After Being Booked For Asking Muslim Women To Remove Veils At Booth

BJP candidate Madhvi Latha was booked by police for asking women voters to remove their veils. Latha said that it is her right to check voters. While talking to reporters, Defiant Latha said, “We got the information that the presiding officer caught a minor girl casting her vote. They are not registering an FIR. They are free to register an FIR on me but not on others. FIR against me started from 'Ram Baan'. I am getting the medal like FIRs for telling the truth.”
