With sounds of ‘Shanks’, Varanasi welcomes PM Modi in its special style

PM Narendra Modi held a roadshow in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi on December 17. He was welcomed by a cheerful crowd of people on either side of the road, waving at his motorcade. Aligned at the side of the road, priests welcomed him to the sound of conch shells. PM is on a two-day visit to his parliamentary constituency Varanasi starting today.
