'Playing with sentiments of poor': PM Narendra Modi hits out at Opposition over ‘caste politics’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, speaking in Gwalior on October 2nd, criticized the Congress for playing caste politics, suggesting that those lacking innovative thinking and a fresh development strategy cannot contribute to Madhya Pradesh's advancement. He emphasized, "Those who lack new ideas and a modern development roadmap cannot facilitate Madhya Pradesh's progress. Their sole agenda appears to be hindering the country's growth and its various initiatives, overshadowed by their animosity." Modi also pointed out that despite having 60 years, the opposition to development could not achieve as much as his government has in just nine years. He accused them of perpetuating division along caste lines and manipulating the sentiments of the underprivileged.
