AP train collision: At least 8 passengers dead, Railways blames human error

At least 8 people were killed and several others injured on October 29 after a passenger train collided with another passenger train in Vizianagaram district of Andhra Pradesh.Four coaches derailed after the train that was travelling along with passengers from Vizianagaram to Raigad hit a passenger train travelling on the same route from Vishakapatnam to Palasa. The Railways has said that a human error probably caused the accident.
