Union minister RK Singh announces he will contest elections from Bihar's Arrah

Union Minister for Power and Renewable Energy RK Singh made the announcement that he is going to contest elections from Arrah in Bihar, strongly asserting that only he will make decisions for himself. He further said that the rumour about him becoming the governor is false. He added, Congress is certainly not winning in Madhya Pradesh and there is no chance of Congress' victory in Rajasthan or Chhattisgarh either'.
